Ethan Kahn

As a Washington native, Ethan Kahn is a licensed broker who is part of an experienced team at Compass. Growing up in North Seattle, Ethan is aware of the tangible benefits of life in the Pacific Northwest. He has an innate ability to connect with clients and empathize with their perspectives and needs. He uses his knowledge of different neighborhoods, parks, and schools to provide a more personalized journey for his clients in their search for real estate.

Ethan has a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Oklahoma and for many years worked as an actor and musician in the greater New York City area. There he learned that a strong work ethic, and honesty go a long way in providing quality services to clients. Ethan is now in Capitol Hill in Seattle but you can still find him playing guitar and tap dancing when he is not working.

His genuineness, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the PNW markets make him an extremely useful agent to work with. His goal is to help others plant their roots in the great Evergreen State.

Jan Lipetz

Consistently a top producer on the Eastside for the past Eighteen years, Jan Lipetz joined Compass Real Estate in 2022.

She has always had a passion for real estate and the arts. Both her parents were realtors and now her son Berkeley is as well. Jan has really enjoyed helping her clients find that special home as well as getting homes ready to sell quickly for the highest and best value. She is known for her knowledge, dependability, and patience. With an extensive art background, Jan appreciate good architecture and offer her clients a unique perspective on good floor plans and space planning—helping clients see what is possible with their new home. She also lets clients know why a home might not be their best fit. She has lived all over King County, including owning a horse farm on the Eastside. Paul is a knowledgeable developer who was born and raised in Washington. He has been involved with the full construction process, completion, and sale of over 100 homes. With his background in construction, he will be able to help his clients understand what they are looking at, make improvements and feel confident prior to and after buying or selling their home. Being native to Washington, he can share his experiences about the areas and help his clients to make an informed decision that they feel great about.

Having earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Washington at the age of 19, he shows that he is driven to get things done. He is good at setting goals and making sure action is taken to work towards achieving those goals. While building homes in the area, Paul will also help to build a future for the people he works with.
